Pronto Divorce Terms of Use
Last updated: October 19, 2026 · Operated by SOYLA LLC 2026-10-19
These Terms of Use govern prontodivorce.com and the Pronto Divorce services (the "Services"), operated by SOYLA LLC. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Pronto Divorce is not a law firm; no legal advice
Pronto Divorce is not a law firm, is not a substitute for an attorney, and does not provide legal advice or representation. We provide self-help document preparation at your direction, based on the information you provide. Using the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship, and your communications with us are not protected by attorney-client privilege. For legal advice, consult a licensed Florida attorney. Pronto Divorce is not a law firm or a paralegal as defined by the Florida Bar. The people who assist you are divorce document specialists, not attorneys or paralegals, and they do not provide legal advice or work under the supervision of an attorney.
2. Eligibility, your account, and the Services
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Services are built for uncontested divorces filed in Florida, currently in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. You are responsible for confirming the Services fit your situation.
Your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
What the Services do. We help you prepare divorce documents based on your answers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing, signing, notarizing, filing, and serving your documents with the court. We do not file your documents with the court unless a specific feature of your plan says so. We do not guarantee that any court will accept your documents or that you will obtain any particular outcome.
3. Fees and payment
The price for your selected package is shown before you complete your purchase. You pay at the end, before you download your documents. Payments are processed by our third-party processor, Stripe. Court filing fees and any notary fees are separate and are not included unless stated. Prices may change, but a change will not affect a purchase you have already completed.
Refunds. All sales are final. If you selected a higher plan, you may ask to downgrade to a lower plan and receive a partial refund of the price difference, as long as the add-on features of your plan have not yet been used, such as online notarization, divorce document specialist review and call, or spouse collaboration. Once an add-on feature has been used, that feature is non-refundable. To request a downgrade, email support@prontodivorce.com.
4. Online notarization and attorney referral
Online notarization. If you choose online notarization, it is performed by a licensed notary through a third-party provider and is subject to that provider's terms and identity-verification requirements. Availability depends on your eligibility and applicable law.
Attorney referral. If your case is not a fit for self-service, or if you request it, we may offer to connect you with a licensed Florida law firm. Such law firms are independent and are not part of Pronto Divorce. Any engagement is solely between you and that law firm.
5. Acceptable use, your content, and intellectual property
Acceptable use. You agree not to provide false information, use the Services for anything other than your own divorce matter, infringe the rights of others, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services or gain unauthorized access, or use the Services unlawfully.
Your content. You keep ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant us a limited license to use that content to provide the Services to you. You represent that you have the right to provide the information and that it is accurate.
Intellectual property. The Services, including our software, text, design, and the Pronto Divorce name and logo, are owned by SOYLA LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own divorce matter.
6. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification
Disclaimers. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any court will accept your documents, or that any particular result will be achieved.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOYLA LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOYLA LLC and its owners, officers, and agents from claims and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
7. Governing law, changes, termination, and contact
Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Services will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules. You and SOYLA LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to bring or participate in a class action or class arbitration.
Changes. We may change the Services or these Terms. We will post updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. We may also deactivate your account if there is no activity within 30 days after you sign up. You may stop using the Services at any time.
